Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related
• 4+ years in e-commerce/retail marketing or omnichannel marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and customer journey management
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales
• Manage marketing initiatives across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Optimize product listings, promotions, SEO, paid media, and digital campaigns
• Monitor website and e-commerce performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Develop campaigns to increase store traffic, sales, and customer engagement
• Plan and execute retail promotions and in-store campaigns
• Develop marketing initiatives for B2B portal
• Lead customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Plan integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Monitor KPIs, CAC, conversion rates, and sales
