Job summary

Intrepid Asia in the Philippines is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to own campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Google Shopping and social ads for leading brand partners.

You will work with client teams to plan KPIs, manage budgets, run optimizations, and deliver real-time analytics and reporting that drive growth.

Fluency in English and 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, plus knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics, will help you thrive and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1-2 years digital marketing/e-commerce marketing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads or eCommerce marketplace ads.
• Experience with Facebook/TikTok ads is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Google Shopping and social media.
• Work with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs.
• Manage revenue delivery and budgets with real-time targeting recommendations.
• Create A/B testing frameworks and implement growth strategies.
• Provide analytics and performance reports to clients with insights.
