Job summary

Citicore Power Inc. seeks a dynamic Sales and Marketing Associate to drive commercial growth and brand awareness for AgroSolar. This role blends sales, business development, account management, content creation, and marketing initiatives to expand the AgroSolar business unit.

You will generate leads from institutional buyers and partners, manage the full sales cycle, create engaging content for social channels, support campaigns, and travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or related roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships and support sales growth.
• Experience in content creation, digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or growth environment.
• Willing to travel regularly to project sites, client meetings and partner engagements.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from institutional buyers, cooperatives, corporate accounts, offtakers, and business partners.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, presentations, and sales discussions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business opportunities.
• Create engaging content for social media, presentations, videos, photos, and marketing materials.
• Manage AgroSolar's social media presence and marketing channels.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support lead generation and sales objectives.
• Coordinate content gathering from project sites and field operations.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
• Support site visits, product launches, partner engagements, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing and sales initiatives are aligned.
• Serve as a key point of contact for buyers, partners, and other stakeholders.
