Job summary

CREC is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Associate to drive commercial growth and brand awareness for AgroSolar. The role blends sales, business development, account management, content creation, and marketing initiatives to support expansion of the AgroSolar business unit.

You will prospect, manage the full sales cycle, create engaging content, run campaigns, coordinate site content, and travel regularly to project sites and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and support sales growth.
• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willing to travel regularly to project sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from institutional buyers, cooperatives, corporate accounts, and partners.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, presentations, and sales discussions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Create engaging content for social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Manage AgroSolar's social channels and campaigns to support lead generation.
• Coordinate content gathering from project sites and field operations.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Support site visits, product launches, and partner engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales initiatives.
• Serve as a key contact for buyers, partners, and stakeholders.
