Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or related role.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or media is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospective clients via email, calls, networking, and other channels.
• Present services and solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals and assist in closing new business deals.
• Manage leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Assist in preparing and conducting seminars, workshops, webinars, and client presentations.
• Represent the company during events, networking activities, and industry gatherings.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
