Job summary

The Bistro Group in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Officer to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our food and beverage offerings.

You will conduct client visits, prepare proposals, and coordinate with operations and marketing to ensure client requirements are met. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales experience in F&B or hospitality and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Restaurant or Hospitality.
• Experience handling corporate accounts, events, catering, or partnerships is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.
• Promote the company's food and beverage products, services, and offerings.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and sales meetings as needed.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospective clients to convert opportunities into sales.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
