Qualifications

• University graduate with a degree preferably in any business-related course.
• At least three (3) years' experience as business development in the same industry.
• Conduct oneself in accordance with InLife Benefits' standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Compliance with regulatory bodies' laws and regulations.
• Compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
• Conformance with the company's Ethical Code.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities with all sales channels to achieve sales strategies and objectives.
• Convert prospects into clients through sales calls including basic presentation to prospective clients and intermediaries.
• Prepare sales proposals and conduct follow-up meetings.
• Monitor collection of initial modal bills.
• Expansion business account solicitation.
• Provide efficient client services by working closely with Group Operations and other support units.
• Adhere to SLA and deliverables set by both internal and external clients.
• Coordinate with other areas in the company to deliver on the services required.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required.
• Build productive business relationships with all channels through delivery of quality service.
