The role requires building solid relationships, managing renewal and expansion opportunities, and delivering timely reports. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while meeting premium production targets.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a degree preferably in any business-related course.
• At least three (3) years' experience in account management experience in the same industry.
• Compliance with regulatory bodies' laws and regulations.
• Compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
• Conformance with the company's Ethical Code.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities with all sales channels to achieve sales strategies and objectives
• Monitor collection of initial modal bills
• Convert prospects into clients through sales calls including basic presentation to prospective clients and intermediaries
• Monitor renewal and expansion business proposals
• Maintain renewal business accounts
• Prepare sales proposals and conduct follow-up meetings
• Generate premium production targets
• Adhere to SLA and deliverables set by both internal and external clients
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required
• Build productive business relationships with all channels through delivery of quality service
