GrowthPair is seeking a Growth Engineer who can prototype, build, and ship marketing campaigns rapidly using AI tools and no-code platforms. You will turn ideas into functional lead magnets, landing pages, and campaigns in hours, not weeks.

In this role you will orchestrate AI agents, automate workflows, and analyze campaigns across paid social, email, content, and organic channels to drive measurable growth.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of marketing experience with end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels.
• Proven experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing work (ChatGPT/Claude for copy & strategy, visuals via Midjourney).
• Hands-on experience with no-code building tools like Lovable.

Responsabilidades

• Build interactive lead magnets and marketing tools using no-code AI platforms (Lovable, Replit, Bolt).
• Design and deploy AI workflow automations using Gumloop, n8n, or Zapier for monitoring, audits, enrichment, and triggers.
• Launch full-funnel campaigns across paid social, email, content, and organic channels using AI to generate copy, visuals, and messaging angles.
• Orchestrate AI agents to automate repetitive tasks like drafting social posts and monitoring brand mentions.
• Test rapidly and iterate on brand voice and creative approaches by short experiments that accelerate learning.
• Own campaign analytics and attribution by setting up tracking and diagnosing performance issues in real-time.

We are seeking a Growth Engineer who can prototype, build, and ship marketing campaigns at unprecedented speed using AI tools and no-code platforms. This role is for marketers who can turn ideas into functional lead magnets, landing pages, and campaigns in hours rather than weeks using tools like Lovable, Cursor, Gumloop, Claude, and AI agents to do the work of an entire team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build interactive lead magnets and marketing tools using no-code AI platforms (Lovable, Replit, Bolt).
• Design and deploy AI workflow automations using Gumloop, n8n, or Zapier to handle competitor monitoring, social listening, SEO audits, lead enrichment, and campaign triggers.
• Launch full-funnel campaigns across paid social, email, content, and organic channels using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate copy, creative variations, and messaging angles.
• Orchestrate AI agents to automate repetitive tasks, including drafting social posts from blog content, monitoring brand mentions across social media, and scraping competitor sites for intelligence.
• Test rapidly and iterate on brand voice, messaging, and creative approaches by running experiments that would traditionally require weeks of agency coordination.
• Own campaign analytics and attribution by setting up tracking, diagnosing performance issues, and optimizing based on real-time data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated ability to execute campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels
• Proven experience using AI tools to accelerate marketing work: ChatGPT/Claude for copy and strategy, Midjourney for visuals, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with no-code building tools like Lovable
• Experience building workflow automations using Gumloop, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms for marketing use cases
• Strong understanding of modern marketing channels: paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), paid search, email, content, SEO
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager) and ability to set up conversion tracking and attribution
• Self-starter mentality with bias toward action (comfortable shipping imperfect v1s and iterating quickly based on results)
• Creative thinker with strong intuition for brand voice, cultural trends, and what resonates with audiences
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to create compelling copy across formats
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
