Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Client Operations Assistant (AI) for onboarding, testing, and scaling supply partners in a fast-growing mobile app marketing firm. You will use AI tools to summarize calls, draft templates, and organize documentation to keep partnerships moving smoothly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate goals into actionable tasks and scalable processes, and help set up lightweight automations with Zapier, Make, and Google scripts.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools and automations.
• Resourceful, autonomous and proactive.
• Understanding of marketing and paid media KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, testing, and scaling supply partners, including preparing meeting notes, trackers, and follow-ups.
• Support partner communications to ensure accurate setup and alignment on performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate goals into clear, actionable tasks and scalable processes.
• Use AI tools to summarize calls, draft templates, and organize documentation.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining simple automations (Zapier, Make, Google Workspace scripts).
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflows to improve transparency and accountability.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Client Operations Assistant (AI) for a fast-growing mobile app marketing and performance advertising company — supporting the onboarding, testing, and scaling of supply partners, and using AI tools and light automations to keep partnerships work organized and moving.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Partner Onboarding: Assist with onboarding, testing, and scaling supply partners, including preparing meeting notes, trackers, and follow-ups.
• Partner Communications: Support partner communications to ensure accurate setup and alignment on performance goals.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to translate goals into clear, actionable tasks and scalable processes.
• AI-Assisted Workflows: Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for summarizing calls, drafting templates, and organizing documentation.
• Automation Support: Assist in setting up and maintaining simple automations (Zapier, Make, Google Workspace scripts) to reduce manual work.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and workflows to improve transparency and accountability.

What You Bring

• Tool Proficiency: Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and HubSpot.
• AI & Automation: Experience with AI tools and automations.
• Durable Skills: High durable skills — resourceful, autonomous, and proactive.
• Marketing Fluency: Understanding of marketing and paid media KPIs.

Bonus Points if:

• You have experience in AdTech or media buying.
• You have BDR experience reaching out for new supply channels.
