You will manage budgets, build dashboards, and collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to continuously improve campaigns and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor marketing teams.
• Strong track record with Google, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok ads.
• Expertise in budgeting, CPA/RoI optimization, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Ads.
• Lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI optimization for all channels.
• Create dashboards and reports to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth while optimizing spend.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to improve creatives and funnels.
