Job summary

Oak Drive Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Lead – Performance & Growth to spearhead performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, driving measurable, profitable growth for digital and ecommerce channels.

The role requires 3–6 years in performance or digital marketing, hands-on ad platform experience, and at least 1 year of team leadership. You will optimize campaigns, budgets, audiences, and bidding to boost ROAS and overall marketing ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, economics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce or marketplaces.
• At least 1 year of team leadership, agency management, or channel ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and marketplace ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns, budgets, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, MER, revenue, and marketing profitability.
• Plan and optimize campaigns for major ecommerce events and promotions.
• Collaborate with Creative to develop and test high-performing ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to drive growth.
• Lead and develop marketing and creative team members.

About you
