Business Trends Philippines is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive growth through route coverage, store visits, merchandising, and account development. You will plan daily visits, achieve sales targets, promote priority products, and ensure product availability with proper visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales is an advantage.
• Own motorcycle/vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Willing to conduct daily field/store visits.
• Strong selling and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily store visits based on the approved route plan.
• Achieve assigned sales, account coverage, and new account targets.
• Sell and promote priority products using effective selling techniques.
• Develop existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
• Implement FIFO and remove damaged or expired products.
• Monitor competitor activities, out-of-stocks, and customer concerns.
• Submit daily sales, inventory, remittance, and field activity reports.
