Job summary

StoreHub Philippines is seeking a results-oriented Customer Success Manager to ensure merchants fully leverage our platform, build trusted relationships, and safeguard recurring revenue. You will drive product adoption, monitor renewal pipelines, and identify upsell opportunities across a growing portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Support to remove blockers, analyze usage data, and deliver proactive guidance that maximizes value for merchants and drives long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong focus on reducing churn and protecting recurring revenue.
• Data-driven approach to optimize account health and renewal forecasts.
• Experience identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned list of merchants and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactively manage churn risk, renewal pipelines, and account health to achieve renewal targets.
• Drive product adoption and value realization to maintain high active usage among merchants.
• Identify, position, and close relevant add-ons and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and protect the relationship and revenue.
