Job summary

StoreHub is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Manager to empower and support merchant partners in the Philippines through a seamless onboarding experience. This role ensures merchants are fully equipped to maximize StoreHub's platform from day one, while providing ongoing engagement, support, and feature adoption.

Qualifications

2–5+ years in onboarding, ideally SaaS/tech/retail or F&B.
Strong understanding of subscription lifecycles and renewals.
Hands‑on project and stakeholder management experience.
Problem solving and end‑to‑end onboarding ownership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Onboard new merchants and ensure a seamless Go-Live experience.
Handle inbound inquiries through multiple channels (FDI, Engage, QR).
Maintain high engagement with existing merchants and upsell opportunities.
Track merchant performance and address concerns to prevent churn.
Confirm hardware delivery and readiness for onboarding.
Schedule and deliver training sessions for new merchants.
Maintain merchant records in our onboarding platform.
