Job summary

Hawke Media is hiring a self-starting Business Development Executive to accelerate our rapid growth. You will build client relationships, drive pipeline from prospecting to closing, and contribute to a high-energy sales culture.

With base pay of $50,000–$60,000 and uncapped commissions, OTE over $150,000, you will leverage CRM and attend conferences to generate opportunities, collaborating with a driven team to expand our digital marketing services.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in sales industry.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel-- Paid Media, Earned & Owned Media.
• Experience in full sales cycle including prospecting, deal closing and demonstrated sales success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to educate potential clients on Hawke Media's digital marketing services.
• Communicate Hawke Media's value proposition, helping business owners understand the benefits of our tailored solutions.
• Identify and analyze potential challenges and opportunities with prospects, providing insights to improve sales efforts.
• Qualify leads based on their needs and potential fit with our services, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Accurately document key information and maintain CRM records for follow-up and tracking purposes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, establishing trust and rapport through consistent communication.
• Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a positive and informative introduction to Hawke Media.
• Attend conferences and networking events to drive leads.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment where learning from setbacks and celebrating successes are part of the journey.
