Job summary

Rebisco in the Philippines seeks an Area Development Manager to drive sales and distribution growth across in-store presence, operations, productivity, and service for the area.

You will develop and deploy strategies with distributors and trade partners, build capability, and act as the company representative to build goodwill with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in a management sales role; FMCG experience preferred.
• Experience in Account Management is an advantage.
• Skilled in distributor, key account management, negotiation, and sales execution.
• Willing to cover GMA, South Luzon, Central Luzon, North Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales/volume growth targets for the area.
• Develop and deploy strategies, programs, and plans with distributors and trade partners.
• Own and build distributor management capability and capacity development.
• Represent Rebisco in the area to build trade and customer goodwill.
