Rebisco in the Philippines is seeking an Area Development Manager to drive sales growth and improve in-store performance across designated territories. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in a management sales role with FMCG exposure.
• Experience in distributor and account management; strong negotiation and data analysis.
• Willing to cover areas: GMA, South Luzon, Central Luzon, North Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy growth strategies and plans for the area, distributors, and trade segments.
• Own and build distributor management capability and capacity development.
• Act as Rebisco’s official representative in the area to build trade and customer goodwill.
• Achieve sales or volume growth targets and performance standards for in-store presence, operations, productivity, and service.
