Job summary

Rebisco in the Philippines seeks an Area Development Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen in-store presence across the Cagayan de Oro area. You will develop and deploy growth strategies with distributors and trade channels, while building distributor capacity and representing Rebisco to enhance trade goodwill.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced or specialized training in Business or Marketing Management is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management position in Sales, exposure to General Trade (FMCG).
• Experience in Account Management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Distributor Management, Key Account Management, Negotiation, Execution, Sales Management, and Data Analysis.
• Knowledgeable in Channel Marketing, Planning, and Financial Management.
• Willing to handle Cagayan de Oro / Butuan.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales or volume growth rate targets and performance standards for the area.
• Develop and deploy strategies, programs, and plans with distributors and trade partners.
• Build the management capability and capacity development of the distributor and represent the company in the area.
• Grow trade goodwill and manage relationships with customers and formats.
