Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• 3+ years of experience leading sales teams
• Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to drive accountability and influence decisions
• Experience handling escalations and high-pressure targets
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Highly adaptable and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Philippines Sales function
• Translate growth targets into actionable team goals
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls, follow-ups, and account acquisition
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance and sales effectiveness
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leads and Representatives
• Own and improve sales processes and CRM discipline
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and insights
