Job summary

Corporate Executive Search, Inc. (CESI) seeks a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own the vision and strategic direction for Core Services, including trading, custody, wallet, identity, and internal tooling.

You will bridge engineering realities with market needs, driving scalability, reliability, and platform-wide reuse. You will lead a team of PMs, set goals, and collaborate with Engineering leadership to balance features with infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in product management with ownership of a product line in fintech/crypto/trading or regulated space.
• Knowledge of PM techniques: discovery, road mapping, user stories, prioritization, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Core Services PMs including goal setting, 1-on-1s, performance management and hiring.
• Define the vision and long-term strategy for Core Services; align with B2C/B2B and commercial stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership on infrastructure and trade-offs; advocate for reusability and platform-wide impact.
