Razorpay is seeking a PM2 to own a product area end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to execution and business impact. You will operate with significant autonomy and drive initiatives across customer experience, platform scalability, automation, growth, and monetization.

You will think beyond features and solve for systems, operational leverage, and long-term platform evolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

• 4–7 years of product management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build Customer Empathy - Regularly engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to deeply understand pain points and needs.
• Drive Product Strategy - Define long-term product vision and quarterly roadmap aligned with goals and platform scalability.
• Build Scalable Products - Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operations to deliver high-impact products.
• Lead Product Execution - Write clear specs, prioritize effectively, manage tradeoffs, ensure timely releases.
• Own Metrics & Outcomes - Define success metrics and drive improvements through data analysis.
• Ecosystem Collaboration - Partner with banks, regulators, vendors, and ecosystem players to co-build industry-defining solutions.
