Job summary

Moneybase, part of the CC Group and Malta’s growing fintech, seeks a Product Manager to own the product end-to-end, coordinating with teams across the business to deliver value for customers. The role emphasizes roadmap delivery, requirements gathering, backlog management, and close collaboration with UX to ensure a compelling user experience.

You will drive the product roadmap, work with stakeholders including Risk and Compliance, and ensure timely delivery while supporting growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the Agile/SCRUM software development cycle.
• Formal certification in product management (e.g. CSPO).
• 5+ years of product management experience in multicurrency core banking and wallet solutions, wealth-tech, banking and/or fintech.
• Track record of shipping customer-facing features in a fast-paced, agile environment, with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for on-time and quality delivery of software projects.
• Own the delivery of the product roadmap across Core areas.
• Gather requirements from other product teams and stakeholders and communicate changes.
• Develop and maintain a prioritised product backlog.
• Design prototypes and work with UX/UI designers to create an effective user experience.
• Perform high-level UAT to verify alignment with vision.
• Organise, review and report project progress after each sprint.
