Job summary

A leading staffing solutions provider in Metro Manila is urgently hiring for a Group Manager in Workforce Management. This role involves managing workforce activities, facilitating improvements in scheduling techniques, and analyzing forecasting models. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or 10+ years of experience, coupled with exceptional communication and analytical skills. Strong PC skills, especially in Excel, are essential. This is an onsite position with a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in forecasting or capacity planning.
• Proven track record of forecasting models and analysis.
• Experience in financial analysis/planning and operational analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate workforce activities for the company.
• Create, review, and adjust daily forecast volumes.
• Maintain and administer Workforce Systems and Processes.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to calculate figures like discounts, interest, etc.

Exceptional PC skills, especially in Excel

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business/finance or 10+ years relevant experience
