Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management, or Communications.
• 3–7 years in marketing or sales, preferably in automotive dealerships.
• Familiarity with vehicle sales cycles, dealer operations, financing, and customer service processes.
• Lead Generation & CRM Marketing, especially for dealerships.
• Local Market Advertising and Automotive Digital Marketing.
• Sales funnel management and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for advertising new products.
• Organize promotional events and coordinate day-of deliveries and staffing.
• Lead and train teams of Marketing Associates.
• Review current marketing campaigns and adjust within budget constraints.
• Analyze website conversion rates and promo effectiveness to drive sales.
