Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee dealership sales operations and drive monthly targets for new vehicles and accessories.

You will manage sales consultants, ensure productivity, and implement KPI-driven strategies across digital marketing and lead generation. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proven sales track record in automotive retail or related sectors, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience (preferably automotive retail; real estate; insurance).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Has basic leadership skills and understands KPIs as indicated by the company.
• Proficient with computer applications; uses Facebook Marketing; basic understanding of remarketing.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented; must have a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales operation of the assigned dealership to produce monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Oversee the sales operation of accessories for brand new vehicles.
• Maintain productivity of sales consultants to meet minimum production targets and related metrics.
• Oversee and implement SC productivity as per contracts (training, skills, license).
• Oversee Sales/Brand Building activities and monitor productivity, including social media updates and market communications.
• Oversee and implement digital marketing activities including leads from Facebook Page and third-party affiliates; remarketing.
• Create and maintain dealership lead database and related activities to tap this market.
• Oversee management of vehicle inventory, aging status (1-30 days healthy, 31-60 fair, 61-90 critical, 91+ unacceptable).
• Submit general prospecting reports and Management Committee reports with activity reviews and recommendations.
