Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Group Retail Manager/Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of the assigned dealership and to drive monthly targets.

This role includes managing vehicle and accessory sales, maintaining consultant productivity, and leading digital marketing efforts across social media and lead generation channels. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, communication, and customer

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience (automotive retail; real estate; Insurance preferred).
• Has basic leadership skills; understands KPIs as indicated by the company.
• Proficient with computer applications; uses Facebook Marketing; basic understanding of remarketing.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented; must have a driver's license.

Mansioni

• Oversee the sales operation of the assigned dealership to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Oversee sales operation of accessories for brand new vehicles.
• Maintain productivity of sales consultants to meet minimum units per month and related metrics.
• Oversee SC productivity, training, and skill building (driver's license, etc.).
• Oversee Sales/Brand Building activities including social media updates and market communication.
• Oversee digital marketing activities: leads from Centralized Facebook Page, 3rd party affiliates, remarketing.
• Create, augment, and maintain dealership lead database and related activities.
• Oversee vehicle inventory management: status, condition, use, aging.
