Job summary

Siemens Energy in the Philippines seeks a Head of Sales for Grid Technologies to lead sales efforts, manage relationships with utilities, industry, and government, and drive growth in HV products and digital grid solutions.

The role requires a senior leader with deep HV grid market knowledge, proven negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to align local strategies with global Grid Technologies objectives.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree required; 15+ years in PH HV Grid market preferred.
• Extensive experience selling HV products (substations, protection & control).
• Deep familiarity with the Power Transmission market in the Philippines.
• Strong connections across utilities, industrial players, and government agencies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor sales teams and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HV products including Service and Digital Grid solutions.
• Align sales goals with Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies objectives globally.
• Maintain and expand a strong client base across utilities, industrials, and government bodies.
• Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities in grid technologies and digital grid solutions.
• Lead and mentor the local sales team and coordinate with regional/global teams; oversee negotiations and handovers.
