Job summary

AsiaCruit, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support audit operations for a U.S.-based CPA firm specializing in employee benefit plan audits. The role focuses on coordinating engagements, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups with auditors, clients, and service providers.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently from a remote location, with a willingness to work a graveyard shift aligned with U.S. hours.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow up independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Comfortable learning new software and navigating online systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Willingness to work a graveyard shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients or professional services firms is preferred.
• Familiarity with employee benefit plan audits or retirement plan recordkeepers is a plus.
• Experience using Canopy or similar project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit engagements from setup through completion, tracking progress and deadlines.
• Follow up with auditors and QC reviewers on statuses, tasks, and upcoming deadlines.
• Manage client communications and coordinate with TPAs, recordkeepers, and auditors.
• Identify delays, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain engagement records and documents in Canopy; organize reports and supporting materials.
• Prepare and maintain audit engagement letters and client information as needed.
• Support with administrative duties related to audit engagements.
