You will manage coordination and administrative tasks for a portfolio of audit engagements, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-ups with auditors, clients, and third-party service providers. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple engagements.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willingness to work a graveyard shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Monitor assigned audit engagements from initial setup through completion, tracking progress, deadlines, and outstanding requirements.
• Follow up with auditors and QC reviewers regarding engagement statuses, pending tasks, and upcoming deadlines.
• Monitor client communication and remind auditors to provide regular updates as needed.
• Identify potential delays, follow up on unresolved items, and escalation issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date engagement statuses, tasks, and records in Canopy.
• Assist auditors and QC reviewers with locating reports and supporting documentation.
