AsiaCruit, Inc. is seeking an organized Project Coordinator to support audit engagements for a U.S.-based CPA firm. The role focuses on coordination and administration across multiple engagements, ensuring timely follow-ups with auditors, clients, and service providers.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of project coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication. Candidates must be comfortable working night hours aligned with U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or professional services firms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor assigned audit engagements from setup through completion, tracking progress, deadlines, and outstanding requirements.
• Follow up with auditors and QC reviewers regarding engagement statuses and upcoming deadlines.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and other administrative activities related to audit engagements.
• Maintain accurate engagement records in Canopy and other documentation repositories.
• Support auditors with document retrieval and organizing audit-related materials.
