Job summary

Staffstream is hiring a Graphic Designer for an Australian business. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work with marketing, content, and paid media teams to turn briefs into visuals.

The role is fully remote and based in the Philippines, with Australian business hours. You’ll edit video, build landing pages in GoHighLevel, and help run social media and organic marketing while maintaining brand consistency.

Job description

Staffstream is hiring a Graphic Designer for an Australian business that helps organisations scale through structured systems, performance marketing, and operational clarity. You'd report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside the marketing, content, and paid media teams, turning briefs and campaign goals into finished visuals.

Design is the core of this role, but it goes further than design. You'd also edit video, build landing pages and workflows in GoHighLevel, and help run social media and organic marketing. The business delivers a high volume of content across digital platforms, so expect plenty of projects running at once. This role is open to candidates based in the Philippines.

What you will actually do

Design and creative

• Design visual assets for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and websites.
• Produce marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, flyers, and branded materials.
• Create both static and motion-based creatives, including basic animations, GIFs, and short-form video.
• Edit high-quality video content for social and campaign use.

GoHighLevel and systems

• Build landing pages and workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Provide GHL support to the team as questions and issues come up.
• Use Claude to build systems and support your design work.

Social media and organic marketing

• Shape the organic marketing strategy, and give input on creative direction based on performance insights and feedback.

Brand, collaboration, and project management

• Keep every asset consistent with brand guidelines across all channels, and adapt visuals to suit different formats and audiences.
• Turn briefs into creative concepts that match marketing goals.
• Manage several design projects at once and hit your deadlines.
• Keep file structures organised and versions under control, and prepare final files for digital and print.

What you need to bring

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience, including building landing pages and workflows, and supporting others in using it.
• Experience using Claude to build systems and support design work.
• Strong graphic design skills, with a good grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Bring a portfolio.
• High-quality video editing skills.
• Social media management experience and a working understanding of organic marketing strategy.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay on brand.
• Clear communication, and the confidence to work with marketing, content, and paid media teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Veed, and Notion.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads, ideally including designing ad creatives.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
• Motion design experience in tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience working with international clients.
