Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels (phone, email, chat, face-to-face)
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, tracking, billing, and product education
• Review and communicate artwork guidelines with customers
• Process order changes, reprints, and timeline adjustments efficiently
• Provide customer education and product promotion
• Manage customer complaints with a resolution-focused mindset
• Make outgoing calls when required in a prompt and professional manner
