Job summary

World Vision International (New) is seeking a Finance Analyst – Global Grants in Manila to deliver grants financial analysis, automated reporting, and data management across systems. You will work with regional offices to surface financial and compliance risks and improve decision-making.

The role requires strong Excel, BI, and data automation skills, with experience in grants accounting and donor reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in an international NGO or similar environment.
At least 2 years in grants accounting, reporting, or analysis.
Experience preparing and analyzing financial reports for internal and external audiences.
Experience in a virtual, multi-country team across time zones.
Advanced MS Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and MS Office.
Scripting or query skills for data automation (Python or SQL) an advantage.
Familiarity with World Vision grants systems (iMPAQ, Horizon, PBAS, Finance Data Warehouse).
Exposure to institutional donor grants and their reporting requirements.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze grants financial reports for partnership stakeholders, including burn rate and grant expenditure analysis.
Produce quarterly grant reports for GAM and related compliance and risk management.
Monitor grant audit findings and coordinate follow-up with offices.
Design and maintain automated reporting for grants using AI-assisted tools, Power BI and Power Query.
Maintain grants data across systems and perform data reconciliation.
Validate Labor Distribution Reports (LDR) with Field Offices and Workday.
Provide guidance and capacity building to regional finance colleagues.
Support self-service reporting initiatives with clear user guidance.
