Job summary

World Vision International is seeking a Finance Specialist in Manila to manage accounting processes, intercompany billing, and project finance reviews. The role requires close attention to donor compliance and coordinating with multiple offices.

Responsibilities include month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support, leveraging advanced Excel, MS Dynamics, and Power BI for accurate reporting across funding streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience with data management and multiple data sources.
• 2–3 years in finance/accounting, preferably NGO or international org.
• Experience with offshore teams and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions in accounting systems and general ledger.
• Handle intercompany billing, reconciliations and month/year-end closes.
• Prepare tax reports and funding/budget related reports.
• Support project finance reviews and donor compliance.
• Assist during external audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
