Job summary

World Vision is seeking a Finance Specialist to support grant-funded and programmatic activities through robust financial management and governance. The role ensures accurate project budget data, oversees funds to field commitments, and supports field allocation processes across funding streams.

Requirements include a degree in accounting or finance, 2–3 years in finance, and advanced Excel skills. Experience with MS Dynamics and Power BI is preferred; offshore collaboration is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an international NGO or audit environment.
• At least 6 months experience supporting offshore activities.
• Experience working with people from different levels and functions.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; proficient data management.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics and Power BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget data and funds to field commitments in the financial system.
• Coordinate and oversee WFP project budgets and field payments data.
• Ensure compliance and data accuracy for key annual processes across programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders as a trusted advisor to achieve financial outcomes.
