Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Lead to oversee operational performance across a high-density GPU data center footprint in the Philippines. This is an on-site governance role managing MSPs, colo providers, and enterprise clients against SLAs and contracts.

You will act as On-Site Incident Commander, drive RCA post-mortems, and coordinate cross-vendor recovery efforts while upholding demanding reliability standards and scalable infrastructure practices.

Qualifications

• Strong vendor management and service governance experience.
• Proven incident recovery leadership and crisis management.
• Experience auditing RCAs and driving permanent improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party service delivery to enforce SLAs, RMA workflows, and power/cooling guarantees.
• As On-Site Incident Commander, lead recovery efforts during outages and outages.
• Provide concise executive updates during major incidents and outages.
• Lead RCA investigations and challenge vendor RCAs to identify systemic issues.
• Serve as SME for GPU/HPC hardware escalations and uphold operational standards.
