Job summary

iQor in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Customer Technical Support professional to own and resolve Google Workspace for Education issues for a portfolio of Higher Ed institutions. You will guide customers through complex configurations, coordinate with internal teams, and share best practices to prevent incidents.

You will document guidance, contribute to knowledge bases, and help universities optimize security and user provisioning using the Admin Console, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical role with a focus on Google Workspace or similar enterprise collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of the Google Workspace Admin Console, including user provisioning, policy management, and security controls.
• Experience with core email routing concepts (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Familiarity with command-line tools or scripting for Google Workspace administration is a plus (Google Apps Script, GAM).
• Strong ability to articulate technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for Higher Education institutions, owning and resolving Google Workspace issues and escalations.
• Provide guidance on best practices for OU structure, security settings, and integrations.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure timely resolutions of high-priority incidents.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge resources for university IT staff.
