Job summary

Bynd seeks a proactive Workspace Support Specialist to be the go-to contact for client Google Workspace issues within a hybrid setup. You will apply established processes and SLAs, assisting MSP customers and collaborating with Deployment Specialists to drive successful outcomes.

You will bring strong customer-facing experience, ITIL knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with excellent English communication and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing service desk/helpdesk role.
• Prior ITIL-based support environment experience (2nd line or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of ticketing systems, SLAs and escalation processes.
• Ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with Linux in VM environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice to clients on the Google Workspace platform following set processes.
• Adhere to service level agreements and handle inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Serve designated MSP customers as primary support contact and escalate as needed.
• Assist Workspace Deployment Specialists and Collaboration Engineers with project work.
• Provide on-call support for clients outside of regular hours via rota.
• Continuously learn and develop skills to support our customer portfolio.
