Job summary

OfficePartners, 360 Inc. is seeking a Customer Technical Support professional to serve Higher Education clients and act as the go-to for Google Workspace for Education issues. You will understand client IT environments and help resolve complex problems end-to-end.

You will coordinate with internal teams, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge resources while maintaining a patient, adaptable, and clear communication style. This role is on-site in the Cebu City area.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical role with Google Workspace focus.
• Solid understanding of Google Workspace Admin Console and provisioning.
• Experience with core email routing concepts (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Familiarity with command-line tools or scripting for administration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for higher education clients and understand their IT needs.
• Own and manage resolution of Google Workspace issues and escalations.
• Provide clear guidance on best practices and communicate with customers effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of high-priority incidents.
