Job summary

Accenture SONG Practice is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead Google CCAI-enabled CX transformations for clients across sales, service, and marketing. You will co-lead the Google Contact Center Offering, drive workshops, and align CX capabilities with business outcomes.

You will work with global teams to deliver end-to-end CX improvements, including CCaaS migrations, performance management, and innovative AI-driven experiences. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Google Contact Center Offering development and scaling from scratch.
• Drive design-thinking workshops with clients to shape Gen AI strategy.
• Create CX operating models and roadmaps aligned to value propositions.
• Assess CX capabilities and co-create roadmaps with clients.
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate user requirements into final product.
• Lead and deliver agile delivery processes and continuous improvement.
