Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Cloud Engagement Consultant to lead end-to-end Google Cloud modernization and AI initiatives. You will guide client engagements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across industries.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, strategic deal shaping, and building scalable GTM motions with clients while traveling as needed to onsite engagements.

Qualifications

7+ years in technology consulting or cloud services with a focus on Google Cloud modernization and AI programs.
Background in cloud migrations and AI-driven delivery models (AI-Native Development, FDE).
Google technical certifications (Cloud Professional Architect, Gemini Enterprise, etc.).
Fluency in English; strong executive engagement across industries.

Responsibilities

Lead opportunities end-to-end from qualification to win strategy.
Coordinate solution architects, delivery, and partner units in pursuit plans.
Lead workshops and client sessions to advance pursuits and land-and-expand motions.
Own revenue targets for client engagements and maintain a proactive pipeline.
Build joint GTM motions with clients and drive co-sell opportunities.
