Job summary

Smart Outsourcing Solution is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation for a US-based consultancy while delivering client projects. You’ll build and optimize the internal acquisition engine and apply learnings to client engagements.

You will drive the GoHighLevel-driven funnel architecture, landing pages, and CRM data integrity, coordinating with SEO partners and AI-assisted workflows to maximize lead generation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations with measurable results.
• 3+ years of daily, hands-on GoHighLevel usage.
• Ability to independently build funnels, pipelines, and automations.
• Demonstrated email marketing expertise: segmentation, deliverability, lifecycle sequences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to create client-facing materials.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report performance accurately.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and act without detailed instructions.
• Willingness to align with US Eastern business hours.
• Regular use of macOS and familiarity with Apple-native formats.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows beyond single prompts.
• Good judgment in reviewing AI-generated research and copy.

Responsibilities

• Own GoHighLevel as the primary demand generation platform, building funnels, pipelines, sequences, forms, calendars, tagging, and attribution.
• Create and maintain landing pages and conversion pathways.
• Maintain clean CRM data through deduplication, tag management, and accurate attribution.
• Develop reporting systems providing clear visibility into marketing performance.
• Proactively recommend campaign ideas, automations, and platform improvements.
• Build the acquisition engine from the ground up, including lead magnets and booking flows.
• Activate a 30,000-prospect database via segmentation and campaign scheduling.
• Plan and execute email and content-driven campaigns from concept through performance measurement.
• Coordinate with SEO agencies to align website and content with goals.
• Conduct structured campaign testing and use results to guide optimization.
• Research prospective clients ahead of sales, including market and funnel analyses.
• Prepare pitch materials and client deliverables based on executive findings.
• Build client-facing funnels and campaigns as part of engagements.
• Apply client insights to improve internal marketing systems.
• Provide weekly funnel performance reports and track outcomes.
• Identify underperforming campaigns early and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain Notion-based workflows for organized documentation.
