Job summary

Telework PH is seeking a Certified GoHighLevel Admin - Recruiting VA for dedicated support and system build. The role focuses on expert GHL configuration, CRM management, and automated recruiting workflows across multiple clients.

You will implement calendar setups, Make.com routing, VideoAsk master account usage, and API/webhook integrations. The position is remote, part‑time (20 hours/week) with potential to expand and attend weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• Expert‑level GoHighLevel capabilities including pipelines, workflows, funnels, snapshots and sub‑accounts.
• Experience in CRM management and recruiting pipeline development with candidate journeys and stages.
• Advanced workflow automation using triggers, delays, conditions and no‑show handling.
• Ability to build scalable, snapshot-ready systems for multiple clients.
• Experience with calendar and appointment setups (group and 1:1 bookings).
• Strong Make.com expertise (single master account and routing).
• Proficient in VideoAsk (master account setup and template duplication).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize automated GoHighLevel workflows and funnels.
• Manage recruiting pipelines and candidate journeys across clients.
• Integrate third‑party tools (Make.com, VideoAsk, Zapier alternatives).
• Build scalable, snapshot‑ready systems and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Configure calendar/appointment systems and ensure reliable scheduling.
• Create and test reporting dashboards to track bookings and show‑up rates.

Certified GoHighLevel Admin - Recruiting VA (Dedicated Support & System Build)

Qualifications: strong expertise in GoHighLevel (ideally 35 years of experience).

• Expert‑level GoHighLevel (GHL): pipelines, workflows, funnels, snapshots, sub‑accounts, tags, and custom fields
• Strong experience in CRM management & recruiting pipeline development (candidate journeys, opportunity stages)
• Advanced workflow automation & logic (triggers, delays, conditions, if/else paths, no‑show handling)
• Ability to build scalable, snapshot‑ready systems for multiple clients
• Experience with calendar & appointment system setup (group and 1:1 bookings)
• Strong Make.com expertise (single master account, VideoAsk routing to GHL sub‑accounts)
• Proficient in VideoAsk (master account setup, template duplication, hidden Client ID usage)
• Experience with third‑party integrations (Integrately/Zapier alternatives)
• Knowledge of API/webhooks for system integrations and automation
• Skilled in funnel & landing page creation (including embedded VideoAsk and thank‑you pages)
• Experience with SMS & email automation (outreach, reminders, follow‑ups, best practices)
• Ability to implement dynamic links, personalization, and event‑based workflows
• Experience setting up reporting dashboards & tracking key metrics (bookings, show‑up rates)
• Strong system testing, QA, and optimization capabilities
• Ability to standardize systems (single pipeline, centralized tools, minimal client involvement)
• Knowledge of lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and SMS‑first strategies
• Strong attention to detail (critical for automation accuracy)

Working Setup / Hours

Work from home, part‑time (20 hours per week) with potential to go full‑time

Preferred schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Mountain Time, with flexibility as long as there is overlap in Mountain Time

GHL VA must be available for weekly meetings
