Job summary

Strider is seeking an experienced GTM/Salesforce integration lead to design and deliver scalable, Salesforce-driven go-to-market systems. You will own end-to-end implementations spanning Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and automation tools, driving reliability and performance across the tech stack.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Finance to ensure system alignment, manage UAT, and guide deployments while leveraging declarative approaches and Apex only when essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in GTM/CRM/automation roles.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder; Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM processes in B2B or PLG SaaS environments.
• Experience with GTM integration and data flow across Salesforce, HubSpot, and middleware.
• Experience with HubSpot (Marketing) and integration tools like Zapier or Make.
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data models, APIs, and SQL.
• Ability to design scalable GTM systems and automation workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead build efforts for go-to-market systems and solutions.
• Translate architecture into technical requirements and end-to-end GTM implementations.
• Refactor legacy systems and implement scalable automation for reliability.
• Design and deliver Go-to-Market Engineering & Delivery initiatives.
• Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows and multi-tool integrations.
• Implement automated workflows across Clay, Gong, HubSpot to streamline journeys.
• Create trigger-based lead enrichment and prioritization logic.
• Map GTM processes and identify system gaps for scalability and performance.
• Prioritize declarative configurations; use Apex only when necessary.
• Oversee integrations, APIs, and middleware usage (Make, Zapier).
• Provide technical guidance on system capabilities and trade-offs.
• Document requirements, manage UAT, support deployments, validate releases.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and CX Ops for lifecycle alignment.
