• Perform in-field audits and collaborate with Commercial Units on route productivity and service coverage
• Manage fleet card requirements for frontliners and Region Managers
• Align Tool of Trade design per Commercial Unit based on Plantilla structure
• Develop and maintain route books and maps for accurate coverage visualization
• Recommend route adjustments based on performance metrics and sustainability goals
• Conduct TMS studies to validate RRR effectiveness and identify productivity gaps
