Role Overview:

The Go-to-Market Route Specialist is responsible for ensuring frontline productivity and go-to-market strategy execution by designing efficient route plans and managing plantilla alignment. It combines data-driven analysis, territory optimization, and continuous improvement to maximize coverage, reduce inefficiencies, and enable high-performing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Route Design and Optimization

• Design optimized route plans ensuring equitable outlet distribution across all frontline roles and DSPs
• Perform in-field audits and collaborate with Commercial Units to assess route productivity and service coverage
• Manage fleet card requirements for all frontliners and Region Managers to support operational efficiency
• Align Tool of Trade design per Commercial Unit based on Plantilla structure for consistency
• Develop and maintain route books and maps, including application (MyMaps) boundaries for accurate coverage visualization
• Recommend route adjustments based on performance metrics and sustainability goals
• Conduct TMS studies to validate RRR effectiveness and identify productivity gaps.

Infrastructure Productivity and Sustainability

• Review and process MANCH requests to maintain accurate outlet and route data
• Investigate and resolve database misalignments raised by Go-to-Market Execution Leads
• Coordinate with Master Data and Database Leads to ensure system accuracy and alignment
• Ensure outlet visibility in applications (PACE and Vxceed) for seamless frontline execution
• Maintain database integrity for assigned Commercial Units, ensuring compliance with go-to-market standards
• Implement data governance practices to prevent discrepancies and enable reliable reporting
• Leverage Green Score metrics to optimize routing for performance and environmental sustainability
• Analyze infrastructure utilization trends and recommend improvements to maximize productivity
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Commercial Unit teams to align routing strategies with service model evolution
• Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating route optimization tools and analytics

Position Requirements

• Graduate of any Business-related courses or Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering
• Background and experience in Process Design, Process Mapping, and Process Improvement
• Advance Excel and Beginner Powerpoint skills
