Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Performance and Data Manager to lead the Shared Service Center’s master data, reporting, and governance across multiple regions. You will ensure workforce data accuracy and provide clear visibility into demand, capacity, and performance to enable data-driven decisions.

You will lead a team including Master Data Specialists, a Performance and Reporting Analyst, and a Data Privacy Specialist, ensuring consistent data governance and timely payroll handoffs across systems.

Qualifications

Strong experience in HR shared services environments.
Deep expertise in master data management and workforce governance.
Proven multi-region data integrity, reporting, or performance management experience.
Excellent analytical ability to interpret trends and generate insights.
Experience defining data governance rules and quality controls.
Proven stakeholder management across HR and Payroll.

Responsibilities

Own master data integrity, governance controls, and hierarchy accuracy across regions.
Oversee triage, validation, and execution of data changes within governance standards.
Design, produce, and govern SSC performance reporting and analytics.
Lead cross-system reconciliation between Shared Service Center and Payroll.
Chair weekly Regional Performance Reviews and drive governance standards across regions.
Lead and develop a team of data specialists and analysts.
