EZE Cloud Consulting is seeking an experienced Project/Engagement Manager to lead Workday projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams across global engagements.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities. Travel will be 20% to 30% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday projects (HCM/FIN) and managing cross-functional teams.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Workday projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Ensure accurate project planning and resource allocation.
• Draft and communicate change orders outside the SOW.
• Develop work plans for large global engagements, managing risk, budget, and client relationships.
• Manage project administration, forecasts, scheduling, and initiation tasks.
• Monitor multiple projects, track weekly margins, and report variances.
