• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Workday projects within scope, time, and budget.

• Draft and communicate change orders outside the SOW.
• Develop work plans for large global engagements, managing risk, budget, and client relationships.
• Manage project administration, forecasts, scheduling, and initiation tasks.
• Monitor multiple projects, track weekly margins, and report variances.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Project/ Engagement Managers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate shouldpossess a strong background in managing projects, demonstrate exceptionalorganizational skills, and have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teamseffectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and support forprojects, meeting deliverables within designated timelines and budgets.
• Ensure accurate project planning and resourceallocation.
• Draft and communicate change orders for tasksoutside the SOW scope.
• Support the creation of workplans for largecomplex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, clientrelationship, etc.
• Manage project administration tasks likeupdating forecasts, assisting with team scheduling, and internal projectinitiation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously Maintainweekly variances in margins.
• Work with client to support the new requirementsfor Project Management, collaborate with stream leads and clients to identifyand resolve issues that may impact project scope or timelines.
• Actively participate in project meetings,fostering a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams andstakeholders to ensure project achievements.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, andscope changes. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders,highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Flexibility to travelis required for this role.
• The amount of travel will vary from 20% to 30%depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading Workday projects.
• Strong analytical skills, and problem-solvingabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, engaging effectively with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn and contribute,committed to delivering excellence. Comfortable working with different timezones.
